Issued at 5:00 pm. today, November 11, 2013, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 4:00 p.m. today, the location of Tropical Depression "ZORAIDA" was located based on all available data at 634 km Southeast of Hinatuan (5.8°N, 131.5°E).
Forecast:
Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will be cloudy with light to moderate
rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Visayas will have partly
cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Metro
Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy
skies with isolated light rains.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and and coming from the Northeast to North over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be with moderate to rough.

Issued at 5:00 pm. today, November 8, 2013, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 4:00 pm today, the eye of Typhoon "YOLANDA" was located based on all
available data including Mactan Doppler radar at 115 km west of Roxas
City or over the water off the western coast of Antique (11.4°N,
121.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 215 kph near the center and
gustiness of up to 250 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 40
kph.

Issued at 5:00 pm. today, January 4, 2013, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm ":AURING" was estimated
based on all available data at 460 km southwest of Puerto Princesa City
(8.6°N, 114.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center
and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move west at 20 kph.
Intertropical convergence zone (ITZ) affecting Mindanao. Northeast
monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
Forecast:
Mindanao and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with occasional
light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley will
