Issued at 5:00 pm. today, November 11, 2013, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 4:00 p.m. today, the location of Tropical Depression "ZORAIDA" was located based on all available data at 634 km Southeast of Hinatuan (5.8°N, 131.5°E).
Forecast:
Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will be cloudy with light to moderate
rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of Visayas will have partly
cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Metro
Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy
skies with isolated light rains.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over
Luzon and and coming from the Northeast to North over Mindanao. The
coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be with moderate to
rough.

Sea travel is risky over the Northern seaboard of Northern Luzon and the Eastern seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon.
The public and the disaster risk reduction and management council
concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next
bulletin to be issued at 11 PM today.
