At 4:00 p.m. today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that the Tropical Depression "Ramon" has maintained its strength as it continues to move in a Westward. It was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 560 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.5°N, 131.7°E).

Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over the Eastern section of mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southeast will prevail over the rest of Luzon and coming from the Northeast to Northwest over the rest of the country. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.
