FHM Nation just had an early Christmas gift with its
screaming red cover featuring a babe that is so, so festive about:
Viva’s latest and sexiest star, Yam Concepcion. She’s been a
band drummer, eye candy for a music video, and now she makes a case for
the return of bolder cinema in Erik Matti’s Rigodon, out later this month.
Also happening in this issue: FHM measure the biggest sandwiches out there, with some research of the roots of cuss words such as punyeta and gago, and dive in on that filthy Fifty Shades of Grey novel, among others.
Here's what FHM describes more about their latest issue Yam Concepcion:
"Of course we just had to be the first to feature this deadly combination of beauty, charm, wit, and raw sex appeal. And since you guys had no trouble guessing who she was in our teaser last week, we don’t doubt that you’ll have no trouble agreeing this is one of our most promising covers to date.
Petite and well-proportioned, Yam showed up for her cover shoot bright and early in a sweet dress that made us want to hug her. After a few laughs and a short-yet-insightful conversation on Descartes (that both dazzled and dumbfounded us), she was ready to rock the set—which she did, all day long, keeping us enthralled even as she wolfed down her Yellow Cab pizza dinner at the end of it all.
So excited (and distracted) were we by this cover coup that we had to work extra hard on the rest of the October ish, which we must say is not too shabby: we taste-test the best in baon-able sandwiches the Metro has to offer, and after all the chewing, decide to do an explainer on the human mouth. We also decode Fifty Shades of Grey (much to our delight/disgust) and take a trip through history to find the etymology of our choicest cuss words (which we uttered a lot, as we read the aforementioned Fifty Shades book)."
With that, the few behind the scenes photos of Yam’s sizzling cover shoot can be seen here. More secy photos of Yam here.
