At 5:00 p.m. today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that the Tropical Depression "Ramon" continues to move in a Northwest direction. It was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 270 km West of Metro Manila (14.3°N, 118.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move Northwest at 19 kph.
