The Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) is a program that annually recognizes exceptional youths for their academic excellence, leadership, good morals and diverse involvement within the community. TOSP seeks to promote integrity, excellence and service as a way of life. It is believed that a unified commitment and understanding the importance of establishing high quality of living among scholars are crucial to the success of the Filipino community (http://en.wikipilipinas.org).

- Maria Angelica Reyes of De La Salle University-Lipa City
