Seven (7) movie entries were judged at the 37th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Gabi ng Parangal (Awards Night) at the Resorts World Performing Arts Theater on December 28, 2011. Ai-Ai delas Alas, John Estrada, and Richard Gomez hosted the big event with Iza Calzado who performed a special dance number as a tribute to her late father, Lito Calzado.
The seven movie contenders are currently showing on theaters nationwide and the tally is currently spiraling up as more and more moviegoers are out for their holiday movie trip. As of this posting, here is the latest gross income for the 37th Metro Manila Film Festival:
