The Deaprtment of Education (DepEd) releases an advisory on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 that the Good Citizenship Movement (GCM) will conduct the 6th Annual National Congress on Good Citizenship with the theme “Transformative Education Towards Social Transformation” on November 25-26, 2011 at the 18th/F Br. Andrew Gonzales Hall, De La Salle University (DLSU), Taft Avenue, Manila.
The objective of the congress is to create a societal environment conducive to reforms through the promotion of the core Filipino values enshrined in the Preamble of the Philippine Constitution.
The district supervisors and principals of the elementary and secondary schools are invited to attend this activity.
