PAG-ASA Public Weather Forecast - Typhoon ZORAIDA Update (November 12, 2013)

Issued at 1:00 pm. today, November 12, 2013, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) forecasts that at 1:00 p.m., the location of Tropical Depression "ZORAIDA" was estimated based on all available data over Rosario, Agusan Del Sur or at 28 South of Hinatuan (8.3°N, 126.1°E). 

Forecast:

The regions of Davao, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, ARMM, province of North Cotabato, Central And Western Visayas, Northern Palawan and The islands of Camiguin, Calamian, Cuyo and Samal will have rains with gusty winds with moderate to rough seas. The rest of Palawan and of Visayas and of Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast to north over the rest of Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be with moderate to rough.

Weather Bulletin Number SEVEN (FINAL) Tropical Cyclone Warning: Tropical Depression "ZORAIDA" Issued at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday 12 November 2013 Tropical Depression "ZORAIDA" has weakened into a Low Pressure Area. Location of Center: (as of 2:00 p.m.) in the vicinity of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur or at 40 km West Northwest of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur Coordinates: 8.5°N, 126.0°E
	No Public Storm Warning Signals Raised
	All Public Storm Warning Signals are now lifted. With this development and unless re-intensification occurs, this is the final bulletin on this weather disturbance. Meanwhile, moderate to heavy rainshowers are observed over Central and Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao and expected to persist for the next 6-12 hours. Light to moderate rainshowers is expected to persist over the rest of Visayas and Mindanao.
