The Professional regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, September 20, 2012 that applicants for Initial Registration are advised to download and print their Oath Forms from this link : www.prc.gov.ph/online/registration/ for submission to the Registration Division.
Applicants may also use for the printing of oath forms the On-Line
facilities at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building for FREE.
