Typhoon Pedring still turning round and round to Metro Manila and some areas in Luzon going out from Philippines' Area of Responsibility. According to PAGASA, Pedring has maintained its strength and continues moving in a west northwest direction. Storm warning signal number 1 is still up in the Metro Manila, including the provinces of Bataan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Viscaya, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Kalinga, Abra, Ilocos Norte, Quirino and Bulacan and Signal number 2 to La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Benguet and Ilocos Sur as of 11 PM today.

The Western sections of Northern and Central Luzon will experience stormy weather while the rest of Northern and Central Luzon will have rains with gusty winds and the coastal waters along these areas will be rough. The rest of Luzon and the western section of Visayas will experience moonsoon rains while the rest of the country will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the rest of the country with moderate to rough seas.
