	For:	CHED Regional Directors or Supervisors in-Charge of Criminal Justice Program Head of Institutions, Deans and Department Chairpersons of Higher Education Institutions Offering Criminal Justice Program
	Subject:	Zonal Public Hearing of the Proposed Policies, Standards and Guidelines Governing the Operation of the Bachelor of Forensic Science Program

September 7, 2011	Title:	Memorandum from the CHED Chairperson
	For:	CHED Regional Directors and Officers-in-Charge and Presidents/Heads of Higher Education Institutions
	Subject:	Re-Scheduling of the Orientation/Training on Electronic Verification and Certification System (EVCS); AY 2011-2012 Data Collection; and CHED - Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Two Way Link Data Requirements for CHEDROs and Registrars of HEIS.
	Details:	The orientation for the CHEDRO IVB registrars will push through on September 29, 2011, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the CHED Auditorium. The new schedule of the orientation/training activities for the other regions shall be arranged by the CHED offices in coordination with the concerned association of registrar's in the respective regions.

	For:	Presidents/Head of all Higher Education Institutions
	Subject:	2011 Call for Application of the CHED Financial Assistance for Accreditation
	Details:	All proposals/applications should be submitted to the respective Regional Offices instead of the Office of the Commissioner Nenalyn P. Defensor as stated in CMO No. 23, s.2006. The deadline for the submission of application for the above financial assistance is on September 23, 2011 . Only applications with complete documents will be evaluated and processed.
