2011 UAAP Cheerdance Competition - List of Winners

The UAAP Cheerdance Competition 2011 was held Saturday, September 17, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Dubbed as an annual one-day event of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines for cheerleading, the event was broadcast live by Studio 23 of ABS-CBN.

 

Eight schools have shown what they got in the 2011 Samsung UAAP Cheerdance Competition held at the jampacked Araneta Coliseum on Saturday, September 17, 2011. This extraordinary competition was performed by the cheerleaders and dancers from Adamson Pep Squad, Ateneo Blue Babble Battalion, NU Pep Squad, DLSU Animo Squad, UP Pep Squad, FEU Cheering Squad, UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe, and UE Pep Squad. They showcase their talents and compete for the title of UAAP Season 74 Cheerdance Champions!

This year's competition was made possible because of Samsung, the major sponsor of this annual event since 2007.

And the 2011 UAAP CDC Winners and their corresponding prizes are as follows:

• Champion: UP Pep Squad - P340,000 + Samsung phones + Trophy and Individual Medals
• 1st Runner-Up: DLSU Animo Squad - P200,000 + Individual Medals
• 2nd Runner-Up: FEU Cheering Squad - P140,000 + Individual Medals
• Samsung “Stunner” Nessa Salvador - Samsung ST700 Digital Camera with Dual-LCD Screen
