Last night's MTV Video Music Awards, the most wild award show on television may not have had any crazy "Kanye interrupts Taylor!" breakout moments, but it wasn't exactly uneventful. What is surprising is when Beyoncé revealed her pregnancy during a joyful performance of her Stevie Wonder-ish tune "Love on Top" when she gently and proudly touch her belly.
MTV Video Music Awards rewards our favorite pop stars and the clips which pushed the last year forward. Big winner of that night was Lady Gaga for winning Best Female Video and Best Video with a Message for “Born this Way.”
Meanwhile, another big winner is Katy Perry who won her first two VMA Moonman trophies for Best Video of the Year for "Firework" and Best Collaboration for her single “E.T.” featuring Kanye West. Her music video for “E.T.” also won Best Special Effects and led nominations with a total of nine, followed by Adele and Kanye West with seven nods each.
