President Aquino signed last August 20 the Proclamation No. 1105 that listed the 10 national holidays and 9 special non-working days for 2016.
Six long weekends are expected to be experienced based on the proclamation while Eid'l Fitr and Eidul Adha will be declared based on the Islamic calendar later.
