Miss Universe 2011 Update - Philippines' Candidate Shamcey Supsup Enters the Top 16

The much awaited pageant night of Miss Universe 2011 has come and as expected Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup enters the top 16 out of the 89 candidates.
